General Questions

What is included in the price of rent?
Well, it varies between our apartments and our townhomes. With the apartments, heat and water is included. In the townhomes, you are responsible to pay for all your utilities including heat, water, and power.
Is parking included in rent?
For apartment renters, parking is an additional $25 per month for surface parking, and an additional $65 per month for underground. If you are renting a townhome, they feature an attached double garage – no extra charge for parking.
What is the cost of my security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one months rent.
Are children allowed to live here?
Our first & second floors as well as our north 3rd floors (& Townhouses) are family friendly, the balance is adult only.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. We allow the following: 2 cats per unit OR 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs.) OR 1 medium dog (under 40 lbs.). The pet fee is $25/month per pet.
How do I pay my security deposit & rent payments?
Security deposits are required to be paid with a bank draft submitted alongside your rental application. Your monthly rent will be paid via a preauthorized debit (PAD). Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques, cash or credit card.
Do the units have air conditioning?
All of our apartments feature central air conditioning in the living rooms.
Is there in-suite laundry?
Yes every unit features in-suite laundry.
Are there storage units?
Optional storage units are available on every floor. Costs of a standard size unit is $25/month. You can rent additional storage cages if need be. They are available on a first come first served basis.
Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns once I'm moved in?
Our on-site resident managers are available 24/7 to work with you hand in hand to your satisfaction.
How many sets of keys do I get?
You will receive one set of keys per occupant.
What is the minimum lease term?
Our lease term is 12 months.
How soon will the townhomes become available?

We are expecting to have our first phase of townhomes available February 2019, and we are currently accepting applications for tenants.
